Orange crocheted rope lariat

Light orange crocheted beaded rope lariat is finished.

It is quite long, 59.1 inches (150 cm) with fringes. It is crocheted mainly from two tones of light orange plus a litlle darker orange beads. I used Czech seed beads in size 8/0 and it has 6 beads in row. 

Into the ends of the fringes I added some bright orange bicones. And I made matching earrings as well. At first I didn´t planned to make earrings. But when I sold my green beaded rope lariat  then buyer wanted to have matching earrings as well. So I decided to make the earrings as well.

At first I made a short herringbone rope from darker orange seeb beads with four beads in row. And then started to add beaded fringes. The earrings are 2.4 inches (6 cm) long (with earwires). 

It´s Spring!

It´s spring outside. And I picked some fresh and colorful items from Etsy shops. I gues I can feel the smell of syringa flowers, when I look at those lovely syringa earrings. All other items are also very beautiful. Click on the picture.

Bead embroidered pendant

In the center of this bead embroidered pendant is one very nice dichroic glass cabachon that I bought from QuantuckBayGlass shop from Etsy. This is very beautiful deep blue cabachon. 

I used Czech seed beads in size 9/0 to embroider the pendant. Backside of the pendant is covered with dark blue ultra suede. The beads are placed so that silver colored beads are like sun rays around the center.

The chain is from flexible beading wire which is covered with black seed beads. The necklace has silver colored T-clasp, which is very easy and comfortable to open and close. 

This necklace and my other jewelry are listed in my Etsy shop.

Light blue earrings are finished

Light blue bead embroidered post earrings with fused glass cabachons are finished and uploaded to my Etsy store.

 These are small enough to wear everyday. But as a small peace of fine bead embroidery they are perfect for some special evening. Backside of these earrings is covered with leather.

And the other pear of light blue earrings is finished also. But I don´t have enoug good photos at the moment to add these to Etsy.

Light blue

We have had some wonderful sunny days this week. A bit windy, but with beautiful light blue sky. And I have also some light blue beading projects on my table. There will be two pairs of light blue earrings.

First pair is with faceted transparent glass beads. Oval bead is bezeled with silver and white Toho seed beads (size 11/0). And these earrings have big faceted glass drops.

The second ones are with fused glass cabachons bought from this Etsy shop. I used the same Toho seed beads than above. These will be simple bead embroidered post earrings, similar to these.

I have had some weeks with very few beading time. I hope to be more productive next week . Then I can show pictures of finished earrings soon.

Some colorful dots

This time a bit different earrings. Simple, colorful dots to add some color into your life. 

These little post earrings are made from syntethical turquise cabachons (12 mm /0.5 inches in diameter) and surgical steel post earwires. 

Fabulous peacock
